1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing surgenet.one you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use. These terms apply to informational browsing, contact requests, and descriptions of educational offerings. They do not create an employment relationship.
2. Program Descriptions
Course outlines, schedules, and pricing are presented for transparency. Availability may change; cohort composition depends on enrollment and mentor capacity. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding enrollment until confirmed in writing by our learner coordinators.
3. Intellectual Property
Site copy, diagrams, rubrics, and downloadable templates remain our property unless explicitly labeled for redistribution. You may quote short excerpts for internal technical discussion with attribution; commercial reuse requires written permission.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape personal data of team members, or misrepresent affiliation with Surgenet Institute. Automated high-volume requests may be rate limited. Security research should contact hello@surgenet.one before testing.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the governing jurisdiction, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site, including lost profits or missed release dates. Our aggregate liability for direct claims tied solely to site availability shall not exceed KRW 100,000 unless mandatory law states otherwise.
6. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Korea. Parties agree to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Seoul for disputes arising from site use, subject to non-waivable consumer protections applicable to you.
7. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend access for violations of acceptable use or to address security incidents. You may stop using the site at any time. Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the last updated date will change accordingly. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
