Anchored studios meet in Seoul, but several cohorts add remote mentor threads so regional teammates can participate. We do not promise identical time zones for every exercise.

We aim for 18 participants per intensive and 22 for seminar tracks—enough diversity without losing signal. Exact counts shift per venue.
CurriculumDo you teach a specific cloud vendor?
We stay pragmatically neutral. Rubrics reference patterns—queues, caches, traces—that map to your vendor after class.
CurriculumWill I receive recordings?
Select seminars include recap notes, not full recordings, to keep discussions candid. Ask learner coordinators for the matrix per course.
Honest limitsWhat is explicitly not included?
We do not provide production credentials, procurement paperwork, or stakeholder sign-off templates. This is practice-heavy education, not outsourcing.
OperationsHow do you handle analytics cookies?
Essential cookies stay on. Measurement tags activate only if you opt in via the cookie card—rejecting does not block navigation.
OperationsCan my manager join critiques?
Yes, with advance notice so we balance airtime. We ask managers to observe first, intervene second.
OutcomesDo you issue certificates?
We provide completion letters describing modules attended. They are not academic degrees and should not be presented as regulatory credentials.
OutcomesHow opinionated are mentors?
Opinionated on clarity, flexible on vendors. Expect direct written feedback; we avoid public shaming in group settings.
CommunityIs there an alumni forum?
Alumni receive a low-volume mailing list with office-hour invites. We avoid noisy chat walls that become unpaid support queues.
